So, how did it all start…

In 2018, I made one of the best decisions of my life: moving to China for over a year. While studying Chinese and working with kids, somewhere around Xi’an, I met my truest self — adventurous, free-spirited, and completely at ease surrounded by different cultures, different people, different everything.

Then Covid came. I had to go back home. But my soul stayed there. For the following four years, I felt disconnected, off, and too comfortable. Then life brought me back to China for a short trip and two things happened: Life, Travel, and Asia was born, and I realized that Asia is my place in the world.

One year and a trip to Bali later, I quit my corporate job and finally moved to Asia, with no “safe” plan except to make this blog work. Currently in Ubud, Bali, and then who knows…Almost nothing changed in my external reality. But everything changed within — because now, I know what my real self wants and I’m ready to chase it.

I’ve always traveled to get closer to the real me. And that’s what I share here: travel experiences that bring you back to the real you, so you can start building a life that’s aligned with what your soul truly wants.
